Sales and Marketing Team
- BMS has a strong and dedicated sales team comprising of sixteen sales personnel. All the sale personnel are qualified local university graduates and well trained by the company and principals on the product knowledge and application.They have vast knowledge of the company’s products and excellent relation with the key users in their respective fields.

Technical Service and Application Support Team
- The technical service team comprising of two service managers and eight service engineers. All the service personnel are graduates with electronic engineering qualification and trained by the principals and equipment manufacturers to provide first class after sales technical support to our customers.
- The application support team comprising of three application specialists with bio-medical and medical technology qualification, well trained by the principals on the application support on Immunohematology and ICS products.

Customer Services and Operation Support Team
- There are four customer service executives and five logistic staffs in the operation support team. With the implementation of SAP business operation system, they are providing efficient and effective service support and goods delivery to our valuable clients.
