Job Description / Responsibility

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible for the overall operations and administration of the Logistics / Warehouse Division to ensure it is in compliance with Company’s policies, vision, ISO 9001 & GDPMD regulations, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures;
  • To define and structure an efficient and effective warehouse & store management to ensure it achieves the Company’s sales target, inventory cost control, maximize the utilization of run times and manpower requirements;
  • To plan prober layout and ensure efficient warehouse space utilization;
  • To coordinate and manage deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy;
  • To be responsible for stock count and variance report to feedback to Accounts Department and Directors with constructive reaction to reduce recurring variance;

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitor storekeepers and drivers for daily store’s operation;
  • Monitor inventory movement FIFO and shipment activities;
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the store, freezers, chillers and fridges;
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the store;
  • Ensure smooth operation on receiving and delivery of goods in store;
  • Ensure the inspection and verification of incoming and outgoing goods are done correctly;
  • Ensure all goods have been checked in accordance to specification, description and quantity;
  • Coordinate and manage periodic cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy;
  • Ensure the delivery to the customer is within the deadline;

  • Bachelor of Science, equivalent or higher; preferably in the area of Life Science or Biomedical Sciences;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in doing research or marketing of Life Science products will be an advantage;
  • Knowledgeable in standard scientific methods, techniques, reagents or equipment relevant to proteomics and/or molecular biology.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels;
